Maybe use a necro secondary and plague sending instead of epidemic. I guess it wouldn't really matter, except you would have a way to get rid of conditions on yourself.

I don't know, but if Soothing Images and Sympathetic Visage is pretty potent. Won't make them kill themselves, but it'll prevent them from using andrenaline skills.

If a war. removes the blind from signet of midnight, switch out epidemic for plague touch maybe. So if he removes it, then you are also blinded so give him your blind too.

You dont need an elite to shaft warriors. As above, soothing images, sympathetic visage, and spirit shackles are the main components of destroying the enemies offense. Denial of energy for ias/utility skills, and denial of adrenaline for primary attack skills means your looking at some dead weight for warriors. The problem is invariably keeping the hexes on.
Obviously, no team is going to put hex breaker on their warriors, but they will be adamant on keeping all conditions and hexes off their warriors, if they know what they can do. Therefore, reserve your elite for energy managment. What you use is up to you, but your going to need big guns to knock out that level of hexes.

I prefer to equip Plague Touch since it's faster (3/4 sec vs. 2 sec.... even better with Fast Cast), it costs less energy (5 instead of 10) and doesn't sacrifice health. Since Signet of Midnight is in the arsenal you'll gonna be in touch range often anyway.
I love Signet of Midnight which lasts a full 15 seconds with only a 15 second recharge. If they strip the blind you can use Plague Touch to put it right back on them. Epidemic is optional but it costs 15 energy. With necro secondary consider equipping Rotting Flesh, too.

you absolutely need sympathetic visage for an anti-warrior build. a warrior without adrenaline and losing energy every hit can be easily ignored.
and yeah, signet of midnight got to be loved

When I think of anti-melee or anti-rangers -- I think of disabling rather than outright killing.
Shadow of Fear -- cuts a Warriors/Rangers attack speed by 50%
Soothing Images and Visage -- stop adrenaline gain
Spirit Shackles -- makes them lose energy every swing/shot
Enfeeble -- can weaken
Other skills like Wards, Aegis, Price/Spirit of Failure, Blurred Vision -- can make Warriors and Rangers miss attacks.
Those are the kinds of skills I'd personally be bringing to the fight. They help reduce the damage Warriors/Rangers can do, which in turn benefits everyone more than a simple 30 damage from say Empathy does...
I'd drop Signet of Midnight -- it's a poor elite. If you must do damage replace it with Spiteful Spirit (E) -- that skill alone tends to mow down the clueless Warriors in Arenas.
